Right of Withdrawal & Withdrawal form

Right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving a reason within fourteen days.

The deadline to withdraw is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the contractual carrier, received the goods.

To exercise your right to withdraw, you must inform us (Artist Room Berlin GbR, Parkstr. 7, 15566 Schöneiche, info@artistroomberlin.de, telephone: 0178 8572211) by submitting a clear declaration about your decision to withdraw from the contract (e.g. with a letter sent by post or e-mail).

You can use the template for contract cancellation on our website https://en.artistroomberlin.de/widerrufsbelehrung but this is not mandatory.

The timely despatch of your declaration of withdrawal before the deadline expires is sufficient.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must return all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (but excluding extra costs incurred if you chose a different delivery method from the most economical standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your declaration of withdrawal from the contract. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction to return these payments, unless something else has been agreed upon with you expressly; we will not charge you in any way for returning the payments. We can refuse to return the payment until we have received the returned goods or until you can prove that you returned the goods to us, whichever is sooner. You must send the goods or hand them over directly to Artist Room Berlin GbR Parkstr. 7 15566 Schöneiche immediately and in any case, within fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before expiry of the 14-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for loss in value of the goods if this can be traced back to a handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their quality, characteristics and functionality.
